Message	6500 rpm, for your setup. You may be taking your foot off the gas pedal too much when shifting. Boost depends on many things, like how much you take your foot off the gas pedal when shifting, what supporting mods you have, and where you are in rpm compared to optimum range for your turbo setup. I don't think comp ratio has much to do with it, but there are many who know more than I do about it.
